• If you have decided to close your account, tap ‘Profile‘ from our home page.
• Now that you’re in your profile page, scroll down to the bottom of the page and tap ‘Close account‘ section.
If you would like to decide whether you want to close the account or keep using it you can do this by just tapping one of the options. Sad to see you go!
• Before leaving there may be a few additional informations we need to resolve, first you need to check if you still have money in your account and please make sure to have a zero balance before closing the account.
• Besides that you also need to check if you have any pending transaction that you’ll have to cancel before you leave.
An important note: due to regulations we do have to hold on to your data for a minimum of five years and if you ever change your mind, you can always reactivate your account by simply logging in again.
